Drywall yes — that's our standard. Brick and stone require external conduit painted to match, or a pre-existing chase. Over-fireplace usually needs cables routed around the firebox and down to the nearest outlet. We'll tell you what's possible before we book.
Either works. Bring your own mount and we'll install it, or we'll supply one sized to your TV at a reasonable markup. For over-fireplace installs we usually recommend tilt or full-motion to drop the viewing angle.
Totally doable. We use brick-rated anchors sized for your TV weight. Cables route around the firebox opening, never through it. Heat distance is checked against the TV manufacturer's minimum clearance.
